Every home chef wants to cook dinner like a pro, but few have patience for complicated recipes that wipe out an entire evening. In partnership with Jet.com City Grocery, I managed a Grub Street branded content program designed to elevate home cooking without any fuss. Buzzy NYC chefs Greg Baxtrom, of Olmsted and Maison Yaki, and Alissa Wagner, of Dimes, starred in articles featuring exclusive recipes based on their restaurants' most beloved dishes. The key: each showpiece dish was simplified for cooking at home, using only ingredients easily delivered by Jet. No fancy gadgets or culinary-school tricks required.
